• Monitor incoming e-Bank statements in JD Edwards, identifying and addressing any new or erroneous files to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Manage user access within JD Edwards and other interface systems, providing support to resolve access issues and maintain system security.
• Offer support for other interface systems connected to JD Edwards, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Your Profile

• Strong experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems, particularly within RTR or RP&A modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and an understanding of request fulfilment processes.
• Ability to create clear documentation, including work instructions and user guides.
• Experience working with financial data, including exchange rate management and bank statement reconciliation.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
