My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.
Position Summary:
- Application support for SuccessFactors.
- The Application Support Engineer provides technical support for application-related issues and assists in investigations involving key technologies and application domains.
- Responsible for addressing complex problems requiring technology skills or domain/workflow experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
a) Maintain operational service documentation and develop guides.
b) Assist in implementing standardization across technologies/domains of applications.
c) Aid in documenting critical application workflows.
d) Assist in training activities.
e) Support the investigation of complex user-reported issues.
f) Develop preventive or mitigating solutions.
Requirements / Qualifications:
a) Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related highly technical discipline.
b) 3-5 years of technical/application support experience across multiple technology platforms.
c) Preferably ITIL v3/v4 certification and a strong background in service-oriented environments.
d) Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT industry and business requirements.
e) Demonstrated experience in supporting web, mobile, and client-based applications.
f) .Net or Java expertise.
