The program involves architecting and building the tooling from scratch on cutting edge technology stack that is highly scalable and performant to support 4,000+ users firmwide.

The tooling is being built with the intent to be fully cloud native over the next few years, while starting in a hybrid mode using containerized deployments in view of time to market.

Given the regulatory nature of the program, all the data will be modelled in the firm’s strategic data platform (Alloy) and go through data governance sign offs.

Role Description

• Participate in APAC POS projects, roll-outs including localizations and support.
• Participate in the collection and analysis of the business needs of different stakeholders, write the functional and technical specifications, realize the configuration of the solution, participate in the test strategy, write and carry out the functional tests.
• Participate in functional and technical support by qualifying tickets and issues from the customers or L1/L2 support team, by finding root cause and solutions or workaround.
• Functional enhancements Projects (for example, the implementation of mobile applications, omnichannel services, regulatory evolutions, integration with other applications).
• Preventive maintenance of the solution: Participate in the deployment of new versions, in coherence with the functional roadmap of the editor and the constraints of the client
• Change management: set up, realize and animate training plans, provide assistance to users
• Level 2.5 expertise: support complex anomalies, qualify, analyze and diagnose the problem, propose workarounds and implement the corrective action plan

Profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Information Technology , Computer Science/and Engineering
• Minimum 9-11 years of experience in Cegid Development, Support and Manintenance, in the world of retail / luxury, and point of sale management solutions (Cegid, Retail Pro, Ivend, …).
• Minimum of 8 years experience in project roll-outs in Asia including several financial localization knowledge.
• Technical knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL, PL / SQL), and in the field of ERP is mandatory
• Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.
• Good command over English and Mandarin.
• Open to travelling to Europe and South East Asia.

Applicant will be required to ferry passengers from point to point. Clients include factories, schools and ad-hoc bookings. Other than that, applicant will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of the bus at all times, both interior and exterior. Regular maintenance of the vehicle will have to be monitored personally by the applicant. Both Class 3 and Class 4 applicants are welcomed. Vocational license required.
