I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

Provide level 1 technical support to corporate customer to resolve service issues.

Troubleshoot at level 1 troubleshoot and ensure the system operation in order, installing of Electronics secuity devices. Involvement in servicing of customer and recommending of new product and solutions to customer. Montior the project process and report back to management the project status.

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. To perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Electronic Security System at clients premises.

The Manager (CTE-CTO) shall have sufficient professional experience to fulfill a specialist role in contributing to the development of the clinical trial program at NCCS. Major Duties And Responsibilities (90%)

• Obtain sufficient information from study protocols and industry sponsors, obtain costings from relevant divisions/departments involved and assist in budget drafting for studies. Negotiate with the sponsors on the pricing and the type or number of patient assessments to be included in the budget.
• Assist Senior Manager / Principal Clinical Research Coordinator (PCRC) to create training plan for CTE-CTO. The Manager shall be involved in the training of staff and recommend staff for external courses. The Manager will monitor the progress and outcome of training to ensure competency, obtain feedback and ensure documentation of all training provided.
• Assist to ensure proper supervision of staff and operations of CTE-CTO. Job Purpose

You will attend to phone enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

The job

- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.

- Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.

- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.

- Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.

- Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.

- Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.

- Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement:

- Min ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in written and conversational English. Mother Tongue will be advantageous to support non-English speaking customers.
