Working within the Embedded SRE organisation, the Application Support Analyst will be handling the day-to-day operations including handle, triage and escalate on alarms and issues that may arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support and response, and be on standby up to 12h a day during the week of standby.
• Log, escalate and follow through with issues, ensuring that issues are resolved.
• Review and improve our alarms and alarm response.
• Periodic reviews and submission of the capacity needs of the business.
• Support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills.
• Deploy new versions of the software.
• Generate reports on the operational workloads, review capacity needs of the business, support and/or drive disaster recovery response drills.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline.
• 2-5 years of Technical/Application Support experience on various technology platforms.
• Responsible and proactive approach to resolving problems, and being able to have a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Open to work shift work and be on on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service and frontline assistance by sharing useful and correct information and advice to stakeholders such as callers, walk-in residents, contractors, etc., to create a positive and satisfying customer experience.
• Handle outbound calls and respond to inbound call enquiries in a polite, timely and accurate manner.
• Manage feedback, complaints and services requested by the residents professionally and liaise with the relevant departments to follow-up on outstanding matters. Escalate the incident to your superior if there is no resolution.
• Attend to all correspondences on the usage or booking of common properties including all recreational facilities, on behalf of the organization following company policies and procedures. Tracking and ensure payment for booking of facilities. Follow-up on deposit refund.
• Assist and work closely with the Property team in tracking the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and bulk refuse schedule, improvement and upgrading works timeline, deployment, resources arrangement and IEMS cases (where applicable).
• Booking of bulky removal appointment and making any related changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O/ NITEC/ higher NITEC or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 1-year of relevant customer service experience in similar roles.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
• Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
• Experience in data optimization and new HR system roll out projects is a plus
• Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is a plus
• Proficient with MS Excel, data manipulation and validation techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
