As a Secretariat Support (Intern) at the World Aquatics Championships 2025, you play a pivotal role in assisting the Secretariat team in the full spectrum of project management, event administration, meeting facilitation and stakeholder management. Your support is also required in the execution of an interactive engagement programme as well as green and sustainable innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management/Administration
• Coordinate event documentation and records.
• Manage event correspondence and communication.
• Provide support in event marketing, execute interactive engagement programme and promote community participation.
2. Communication and Coordination
• Coordinate event meetings and minutes.
• Manage event communication and information flow.
3. Sustainability Initiatives
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives for the event.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to reduce environmental impact.
• Tracking of sustainability outcomes.
