What will you do?

• Provide technical support to a 24x7 operating data centre including the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment and systems.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the IT services Processing of production jobs
• Assisting in monitoring and escalation of incidents related to computer hardware, operating system, application systems, data centre facilities and managing the security of the data centre
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level
