Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
- Maintain office & pantry supplies inventory and order as needed.

- Handle & liaise with Meal, Uniform & Transport Vendor
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management tasks.

- Raising Purchase Orders & Invoicing using SAP
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Support HR or other departments with administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office protocols and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

- Experience in SAP.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Job Description

• - To train and lead a small group of Technician in trouble shooting, servicing and commissioning of Industries control system like Inverters, PLC, POD, Motors & DCS system
• - Understudy company's product and generate training procedure for both in-house Technician & customers
• - Assigning Technician's daily responsibilities and up keep of the workshop facilities and equipment
• - Assist customer service in any Technical related issue
• - Attending field related servicing or trouble shooting assignment

Requirement

• Only Singaporean need to apply
• - Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• - Preferable with 1 - 2 years working experience in related industries with knowledge in PLC & Inverters trouble shooting skills
• - Possess good analytical & logical thinking skill
• - Good working attitude with Interpersonal Skill
• - Able to travel overseas with short notice and able to work under adverse situation or conditions.
• - Team Player & able to work with management in uniting the Engineering Team to fulfil company's objective
