The Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations to In-flight Entertainment Systems on aircraft subjected to Federal Aviation Regulations Part 121, 127 or 135, or 145 to include: troubleshooting and testing of electronic assemblies and units, the removal and replacement of electronic assemblies, units or cabling while installed in the aircraft and the modification/alteration of installed equipment.

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform Line Maintenance work on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure the serviceability and functionality of the system to ensure passenger experience is not affected. Carry out systems troubleshooting using PL 500 / PL 1500 / PL 2000 / PL 3000 / PL 3500, electronic theories, and test equipment. Remove and replace Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), Seat End, Head End in accordance with the Authority Regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with the maintenance actions performed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:

• Performing maintenance tasks, which include component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and its certification, which includes but is not limited to removing and replacing components in accordance with all applicable documentation (AMM).
• Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), head-end, seat-end, cabling, harnesses, or any other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
• Perform Cabin Sweep in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and revert findings.
• Perform Built-in test equipment (BITE) and manual test.
• Assist Software and Media Loading.
• Assist MAFs
• Clean components and equipment racks if applicable in accordance with Maintenance Service Agreement.
• Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
• Ensure timely escalation and coordination and be in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor for any issues encountered when performing the assigned task at the aircraft.

Administrative:

• Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, and toolbox inventory.

• Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are complied with.
• Ensuring all mechanics are adequately trained and have refresher training.
• Ensuring that work is performed as planned or scheduled and to meet all daily/ preventive maintenance
• Ensuring the upkeep of his department’s equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Raise Asset Disposal Application (ADA) for unserviceable equipment and follow up on the update the inventory list.
• Ensure sufficient tools/ special tooling and spares are required for maintenance and ensure PR is raised and follow up if required
• Coordinate the purchase of new equipment for SIAEC.
• Ensure new Ground Support Equipment are inducted through the correct process.
• Highlight and Coordinate with GSE in-charged for other necessary matters.
• Such other duties as assigned to him by the Ops Manager

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Aviation/ Mechanical or related field

The Application Support Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Responsibilities:

• The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed
• Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm
• Manages, maintains, and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
• Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
• Perform same day risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation
• Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications used
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner
• Ensures that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly
• Formulates and defines scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution
• Reviews and develops application contingency planning to ensure availability to users
• Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years’ experience in an Application Support role
• Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications
• Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn
• Ability to understand complex derivatives products, pricing concepts, and risk management flows
• Appreciation of managing critical FX market events and maintaining plant stability.
• Aptitude to learn and support the multiple Citi technology layers that underpin the global Citi FX business franchise
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand
• Demonstrated analytical skills

What the role involves:

• Responsible for facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/Domestic transportation operations, partnership and projects.
• Familiar with custom (Malaysia and Singapore) requirements, import and export procedures
• Sourcing for rates from service providers as per the sale/customer's enquiry.
• Checking with Malaysia counterpart on their status as a declaring new customer in Malaysia or liaising with Malaysian customers or their declaring agent on the Malaysian customs procedures.
• Submitting the selling rate to Singapore customer.
• Coordination with Malaysia counterpart on Sales lead from the destination.
• Looking into all aspects of customer's requirement/problem solutions to handle their shipments
• Cross border trucking (CBT) billing & preparing of reports for internal &external customer.
• Generation of cross border road freight (CBRF) reports.
• Any other duties as assign from time to time.
