Job description
Administrative tasks:
- Handle phone call, email, and message enquiries from clients
- Liaise with clinicians and clients to schedule and manage appointments
- Administrative support for groups and trainings, as well as assessment reports and letters
Finances:
- Manage payments, invoices and receipts
- Manage payroll and CPF
- Bookkeeping
Daily Operations:
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the premises
- Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day operations (e.g., stocking up of pantry, taking stock of assessment inventory)
- Supervising child when parents are in sessions
Marketing (optional)
- Manage social media accounts and posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website)
- Create psychology resources an newsletters
Requirements
Looking for someone:
- With great interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Independent and self-initiated
- Team player
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Basic skills in Microsoft software
Working Hours
- 3 to 5 days per week (Tuesdays - Fridays: 10:30am-6pm, Saturdays: 930am-5pm, closed on Sundays and Mondays)
- Expected hours: 19 – 32 per week
- Commitment period of 1 year and above
- Salary: $1,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
