Your team:

You will be working for Application Support & Reliability AM in London, United Kingdom. We are aligned Do you have a knack for technology and interested in improving existing processes? Your expertise:

• ideally 8+ years of hands-on experience with support background across multiple operating systems
• knowledge of diverse technology solutions and services (networks, operating systems, infrastructure components, applications)
• knowledge of Microsoft Azure or related Cloud technologies, DevOps, Orchestration and automation (Automation Anywhere, IPcenter), Monitoring an instrumentation (Netcool, Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Splunk)
• understanding of Linus/ Windows Server, Scripting (SQL, PowerShell, Python) and Relational databases (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL/PostgreSQL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans.
• Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.
• Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers / law firm
• Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents
• Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents
• Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival.
• Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries

Job Requirements:

• Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
• Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager
• Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager
• Assist Team Manager by providing ideas / initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
