• Gather requirements, recommend, plan and manage Learning and Development programmes for Staff, Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and Trainers through regular consultation with leaders and user departments/teams
• Explore and source for suitable Learning and Development programmes that meet learning objectives, build talent competencies and capabilities to support business needs
• Develop, review and/or enhance onboarding, Learning and Development programmes, create curriculum, e-learning contents, case studies and learning resources to support blended learning
• Provide learning reports and data dashboard to support review of learning progression of staff, SGAs or Trainer
• Review feedback and incorporate enhancements to ensure effective of learning programmes and continue to meet learning objectives and needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Preferable with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience and strengths in developing process documentation, learning and development programmes, communication materials, organisation development and people management
• Relevant knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis
• Good training and facilitation skills & experience using Adult Learning Theories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

· Responsible in AR duties, mainly in billing function and e-invoicing on timely manner

· Handle billing related queries

· Ensure prompt update of clients’ accounts

· Ensure proper recording of recurring charges in invoicing system and billing files

· Generate late interest invoice

· Communicate with other business units on lease renewals and terminations

· Reconciliation and checking of billing to sales report and agreements

· Enter daily receipt entries

· Enter intercompany receipt entries and prepare intercompany credit notes

· Transact monthly credit card transactions

· Execute monthly standing instruction direct debit (GIRO)

· Prepare and entry posting of Deposit Refund statement to clients

· Generate monthly reminders

· Attend monthly AR meeting

· Liaise with lawyer on debt recovery – issuance of demand letter

· Ensure compliance with financial and group policies to maintain good internal control system

· Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required

· Report to department lead

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Nitec in accountancy, LCCI or related field

· Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant job experience on AR and invoicing function, especially in flexible workspace environment

· Knowledge of NetSuite ERP would be an advantage

· Possess strong communication skill in written English

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be meticulous, able to work in team and within stipulated timelines

· Able to initiate process improvement

What is your mission?

• Performs all channel Monitoring to evaluate employee’s behavior and customer service performance and compliance with the company policies and business laws and regulations
• Provides structured and valuable feedback and recommendations to address skills and knowledge gaps and behavioral opportunities
• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for review with Internal Stakeholders and/or clients
• Collaborates with call quality team members and QA Manager to identify and streamline QA processes and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and the customer experience
• Works in partnership with Operations, Training and Clients in developing and/enhancing evaluation programs that’s targeted to the objectives of the account and will unearth root cause of the problems, possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
• Uses Call Center Tools and/or Client Systems to gather data and analyze trends or patterns affecting quality performance
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Knowledge of Quality terms, tools, and methodologies
