Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and process regional claims submitted by RRS Asia service partners.
• Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system within 60 days from Repair Open (RO) date.
• Coordinate the procurement and shipment of spare parts, as well as the retrieval and return process for warranty items with service partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related claims for service partners and assist to resolve any disputes or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Customer Support and Warranty team, to ensure efficient claim processing and resolution.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and filed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of warranty claims.
• Process payments to service partners and billing to Germany for approved claims.
• Supports the Customer Care Centre by accelerating the ordering and delivery of critical spare parts to Distributors and Service Partners, ensuring quick restoration and functionality of engines and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in Service-related administration.
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge with SAP usage.
• Preferably with engineering background and knowledge in engine systems.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and diligent record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage marketing materials (collaterals) to effectively communicate product value to the Migrant Community

· Collaborate with external partners to manage and optimize recruitment touchpoints for Membership Services.

· Strategize to maximize recruitment efforts through partnerships, ensuring impactful engagement at various recruitment channels.

· Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

· Generate membership reports and statistics

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
• Strong understanding of data analysis to drive marketing efforts.

• Ability to converse and write in one of the migrant workers’ native languages will be a plus
• Customer-service oriented and enjoys meeting people

Your tasks

Ø Attend to customer visits, equipment inquiries, commissioning, and post-sales service support (both remote and onsite)

Ø Prepare and document visit reports and test results

Ø Plan, coordinate, and conduct equipment training and equipment demonstrations (onsite)

Ø Support the maintenance of the long-term equipment loan pool at subsidiaries in Malaysia and Thailand

Ø Support Sales Managers and distributors onsite

Ø Engage in frequent travel (at least 50%) to support equipment activities in Southeast Asia, including India

Ø Work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Product Management, and Sales

Ø Assist in equipment lab trials, equipment repairs, and equipment loan management when not traveling (as a backup)
