The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support and maintenance for all IT systems, hardware, and software used in F&B operations and Central Kitchen, ensuring seamless operations, optimal performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware and Infrastructure
1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware (e.g., POS systems, kitchen displays, printers).
2. Support F&B and kitchen management software (e.g., POS, inventory, recipe management).
3. Troubleshoot issues with operating systems (e.g., Windows, iOS).
Network and Cybersecurity
1. Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
2. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
User Support
1. Provide technical assistance to F&B kitchen staff.
2. Resolve hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
3. Conduct training sessions for new users.
Project Management
1. Participate in IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, new ERP implementations).
2. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers.
3. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of IT support experience.
2. CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
3. Experience with F&B or hospitality industry IT systems.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
