About the job:

This position is a 2-year contract (convertible to full-time) and requires commitment on one weekend. As an Administrative Associate Lead, you will be in charge of the smooth running of daily operations of the Centre. On a given day,

• you will deal with payment matters, including collecting payment, preparing invoices with high accuracy, tallying of petty cash and daily closing for the Centre
• you will work closely with teachers and students in ensuring that correct worksheets are being provided during each lesson so that efficient and effective learning can take place
• you will ensure the organization and cleanliness of all classrooms so that students have a welcoming environment for learning
