Primary Function of the Position:

The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager for their region.  This training professional will deliver da Vinci® System technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties including urology, gynecology, general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.  The Customer Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training, engineering and training research initiatives. 

Essential Job Duties

• Conduct da Vinci® Surgical System training programs for surgical teams at designated training centers and remote centers
• Lead and support Specialized training programs and Society events.  This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants
• Conduct surveys to gather data and measure program effectiveness
• Act as subject matter expert for internal projects, as needed
  • New product development
  • Training material/ protocol development
  • Training research initiatives
• Work with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs
• Train the sales force to conduct in-services and system technology skills development activities with customers on new and established products
• Occasional support of the da Vinci® System in a hospital operating room
• Support da Vinci® Surgical System troubleshooting and maintenance at the training center
• Manage training center logistics, inventory and training calendars
• Maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and accessories 
• Support positive relationships between external training center personnel and ISI management
• Contribute to the organization’s quarterly goal achievements

LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

• Building your list of potential customers by researching our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press  
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential customers to ACS customers
• Building relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Working to sales target meeting financial objectives
• Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent charters virtually 24/7

As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. You’ll work with Wise Platform enterprise partnerships and business payouts customers, Open Banking providers, and self-onboarded API users. They all depend on rapid and dedicated support: from general questions about the behaviour of an API or webhook, to acting as a first-responder for a major incident.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop a deep expertise in the Wise API products and capabilities, and solid understanding of how Wise Platform partnerships have integrated with the solution. You’ll collaborate with teams across the Wise Platform and Open Banking products to do that.

• Support the team to help contacts across all channels, primarily over email in our support queues, and also by phone in the case of critical issues for a partnership.

• Contribute significantly to troubleshooting and solving issues users report, both independently and collaboratively with engineering and commercial teams in Wise.

• Enable the rest of the team to support API users globally, by sharing and capturing knowledge and trends on the issues users are raising.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

What will you do? 

Project Delivery

• Act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues
• Review transition plans, enhancement milestones and deliverables in consultation with support teams and customer
• Review with support team to ensure that all support tasks and deliverables meet quality and service levels
• Ensure that regular reviews of the services provided (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer
• Notify/escalate any ‘out of scope’ variations to services to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Notify/escalate critical issues or variations to service levels to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Review and approve service request/enhancement effort, schedules and risk plans
• Review and raise resource requirement
• Responsible for resource forecasting and planning
• Review, monitor and report project health status

Customer/Vendor Management

• Liaise with third party vendors, customer technical teams and other interfacing application team leaders to ensure smooth Business As Usual (BAU) support operations
• Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including monthly or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes
• Business Development
• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals

• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader/ members
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management

Compensation:

SGD 3,950 (Fixed) + RSUs

Responsibilities and Duties

To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs

Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards

Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary

Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects

Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements

Provide technical support to application development teams

Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact

Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms

Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases

Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB)

5 Years minimum professional experience and 3 Years minimum relevant experience

Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred

Will need to work in shifts and in weekends

Team player to work with multiple teams and teammates

Primary Responsibilities

Delivers Friendly and Professional Service

• Ensures smooth operation of Raffles Service department by attending to incoming calls, fax and emails that are pertaining to room reservation.
• Obtains all the necessary information to complete a room reservation in the Opera system, i.e. stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests and reservation notes.
• Completes the reservation process by combining all reservation details (including any Food and Beverage or Spa arrangements) and sending a confirmation to the guest.

Focuses on Guest Experience

• Supports guest’s decision to proceed with the reservation by providing accurate information on the price, room type, availability and the amenities.
• Is well versed with the preference of the regular guests and provide them with the consistent service anticipating their needs in advance.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions/Relationships

• Supports the Raffles Service colleagues to achieve upsell goals in various revenue streams.
• Coordinates with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, Food and Beverage, Raffles Spa, Housekeeping and Butler) on the guest’s needs and requirements.
• Works closely with Revenue department to be aware of the occupancy of the hotel (i.e. sold out dates, blackout dates and the need periods).
• Advises Raffles Service Manager of any deviations in rate applications or reservations arrangement.
• Maintains an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence.
• Is familiar with hotel’s credit policies and handles billing instructions correctly.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties.
• Adheres to Raffles Hotel Singapore and Room Reservations department standard operating procedures, guidelines and grooming standards.
• Supports Accor Corporate programs, such as Planet 21.
• Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Hotels Values.
