We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Executive, Sales Support to join our Domestic Sales team. You will play an instrumental role in intake creation, coordinating course previews and events, and handling inventory and logistics. Your responsibilities will also include updating information, managing finance handovers, and supporting university programs. Additionally, you'll compile sales and marketing reports and provide essential administrative assistance. Responsibilities

• Intake Creation
  • Intake set-up and submission including submitting student contracts to ERO / Finance, and course fee insert amendments to RQC (by Uni)
• Course Preview and Events
  • Weekly updating of Uni preview schedule on Kaplan website
  • Preparation of course brochures and collaterals for GPV
  • Support duty on actual day of the event
• Inventory and Logistics
  • Top-up Uni course brochures at Wilkie Edge
  • Collate and distribute updated Brochure Inventory List
  • Inventory for course brochures.

Requirements

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
