The Opportunity

The incumbent shall act as first level support and resolution to all reported issues, incidents and queries related to IT (hardware, software and company's application) and participate in all infrastructure improvement activities. The Program in Translational and Clinical Liver Cancer Research is a dynamic team within the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) that conducts leading clinical and translational research in primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)). Discipline and conduct Exit Management

• Suggest alternate HR policies to unit leaders to minimise the impact of redundancies

Analytics and insights

• Understand the organisational strategy and competitive environment in which RC operates in, and determine its potential implications on the workforce
• Look across a series of data and anticipate implications on HR practice; Leverage on technology to effectively deliver quality HR services including benefits administration, database maintenance, training administration, reporting and analyses
• Deliver future-ready HR policies and strategies, referencing local and global HR trends and best practices, taking into consideration context, economic outlook and available support to meet organisational needs

• Deliver high impact, consistent and accurate messaging using appropriate tools to drive engagement, aligned with the organisation-wide communications strategy
