JOB DESCRIPTION

· Answer phone enquiries and orders professionally and efficiently with the use of good telephone techniques, customer service, speed and accuracy

· Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations to customers promptly

Position Summary:

The Lab Support Specialist performs Instrument and Information Technology Support including infrastructure, software, system integration, instrument support, IT, and project management as required to support EFII growth across all sub-business units.
