You will be expected to work occasional weekends and evenings to ensure the success of project activities.

• Provide support in production of applications on a daily basis
• Coordinate and organise workload towards maintaining a stable environment and operational excellence
• Identify and implement improvements across the estate
• Contribute to the delivery of key initiatives
• Fulfil regulatory assessments and audit-related requests
• Work occasional weekends and evenings to support change release and project activities

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Production Support Specialist (Contract) role brings a wealth of experience in Finacle application along with a strong background in UNIX, Linux, Wintel, Perl/Shell scripting. Your ability to write SQL scripts coupled with your knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle databases, .Net and JAVA will be essential for this role. You should have experience in application support processes including incident management, release management, risk governance. A strong investigative approach for root cause analysis is required along with experience using industry-standard monitoring and ticketing tools such as Remedy, Splunk, AppDynamics.
