Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Customer Service Manager in developing and managing the team to achieve set KPIs and Targets through the delivery of high levels of customer service experience.
• Ensure the area of responsibility is well managed and the overall daily operations are well coordinated and smooth.
• To develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with Customers.
• Developing, handling and answering feedback and complaints from the customers and using this feedback to improve customer experience.
• Monthly reports tabulations and assisting the Customer Service Manager in analysing the data. Devise and evaluate methods for collecting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Act as a brand guardian for online and offline communications.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
• Proficient in listening, speaking, and writing in both Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in customer relations or related fields
• Meticulous with a creative flair
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Order processing for inbound or outbound shipments
• Shipment planning and coordination with internal team and customer on daily shipment matters

About the role

• Oversee the project management of data business service delivery, including IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, and more.
• Coordinate and deliver regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle, covering new circuit installations, upgrades, relocations, and similar tasks.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to streamline service requirements, ensuring timely project advancement.
• Implement risk management strategies, optimize procedures, and promptly escalate unresolved issues during the provisioning stage.
• Compile, refine, and maintain internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with data centre background
• Technical background such as CCNA, CCNP, IP networking skills are preferred
