We are an established Dental Clinic located in the Central area. We are looking for a Permanent Part Time Receptionist to join our elite team. Candidate should possess a 'team player' mindset, have the ability to multi-task and an acumen for numbers. Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects would be a great advantage. The Candidate will have to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (including 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays).

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Office IT Equipment: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office hardware, including computers, printers, and networking devices. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage Software Licenses and Domains: Monitor and maintain software licenses for all applications used within the organization. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and manage domain registrations, renewals, and configurations.
• IT Security Setup: Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data encryption protocols. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to safeguard company data and systems.
• Technical Support: Provide second-level support to employees for hardware and software issues. Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose problems, and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems as needed.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for new employees on IT equipment and software applications. Develop and maintain user documentation and guides for common processes and tools.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on company software, operating systems, and applications. Assist with regular backups and data recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Network Management: Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, and routers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Ensure accurate records for auditing purposes and facilitate equipment procurement as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with software licensing management and domain administration.
• In-depth understanding of IT security principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lark and a solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS).

• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for outages and cybersecurity issues.
• Provide support for key program and project implementations.
• Manage the division’s budget and ensure regular review of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure and Support divisions, along with a strong background in cybersecurity.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential, and certifications like CISA or CISSP are a plus. With 15 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 10 years in supervisory or management roles, you’ll effectively handle complex projects and vendor relationships.

A solid understanding of cybersecurity laws and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, making informed decisions under pressure, are crucial.
