Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, etc.

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliation, staff reimbursement, etc.

• Preparation of financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliation and submit quarterly GST returns
