ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Learning Lead, you will support and manage segments of the local training business. You'll manage and execute strategic business plans across the Japan region. You will work to determine which partners best fit our training goals and collaborate with them to build clear business plan goals for their training segments. You'll drive consumption of learning programs and strategic campaigns for enterprise accounts and regional customers, reporting business forecasts to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize with customers, regional training business leads, and customer account teams to understand learning needs, conduct scoping sessions, and make recommendations.
• Launch and run learning campaigns across the Japan region to ensure that training is achieving business objectives, taking the size of local markets into account.
• Support regional introductions of global initiatives for programs.
• Support field teams in their training engagements within strategic accounts. Work with learning teams to provide resources, support, and advice.
• Provide reports and business reviews (e.g., regional dashboards, training attach metrics, and training consumption) to stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a training business role or as a channel manager.
• Experience working with partners and business trainers on technical training delivery plans and cloud technologies.
• Experience recruiting and managing partners, and delivering go-to-market strategies and results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience launching and/or managing business offerings to achieve or exceed business goals.
• Experience implementing global business goals/initiatives across the Americas region.
• Experience with business planning, business growth, and data-based approaches to business strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast, growing, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to foster and develop key relationships with new and existing clients and partners in Japan.

• collaborate with the business users to understand their pain points while using the applications and translate them into technical requirements for application development team

• develop low complexity enhancement and code fixes for recurring application issues and KTLO items

You will be working in the Information Capturing & Processing Crew, which is part of the foundation stream of Client Document and Records Management. You will work within a team software engineers who work across various PODs of Information Capturing & Processing to support the delivery and improvement of the Digital Mailroom Capturing and PDF/A converter service, Kofax Express and the Transformation API service.

Along with your team members, you will enable the transition from our classic products to the new strategic and integrated suite of products.

The crew mission is to become the global differentiator for capturing and processing of (client) information by offering innovative information services for integration & automation.

Your expertise

• minimally 5 years of proven experience in C# development or application support with strong knowledge of .NET framework, REST APIs and Design Patterns for Object-Oriented software
• hands-on experience with Kofax Total Agility, including workflow design and development
• familiarity with Database Management Systems like MS SQL Server
• proactive and detail-oriented approach to support and troubleshooting
• knowledge of IT Service Management and Incident Management process
• familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cloud technologies like MS Azure would be a plus
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues
• excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
