Reporting to the Director, Development, Training & Volunteer Management (TVM), you will oversee Volunteer Management Functions in Lions Befrienders.

You will play a role in growing, developing and managing a volunteer pool which would include senior volunteers, to support the organisation’s strategic and programmatic goals.

• As an App Review Support Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership and promoting the development of 20 to 25 App Review Specialists in your team.

Job Requirements:
