You will be working for a reputable market leader in the sports and art academy who is looking for a Customer Executive to be based in Singapore.
Your new role
Primary Responsibilities:
· Facilitate student enrolments
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of the academy's service and product features
· Relay customer feedback to internal/external stakeholders for process enhancement, uphold a positive and empathetic demeanour with customers
· Transition potential clients into the existing portfolio
· Contribute to inventory management and invoicing
· support event management by communicating with gymnasts, parents, vendors, and external entities, maintain cleanliness in designated areas
· Assist the Clients Relation Manager in liaising with the building management team for maintenance matters, proactively propose improvements to existing workflows or CRM systems, and undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Min 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Scouting for passionate individuals who have an interest in sports and are passionate to make things better!
• Not a typical customer service executive role where you are an order taker/answer enquiry. Looking for individual who are passionate in sports and passionate in value-adding to the character building of young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external stakeholders.
