Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 3 Hours break in between shift.

Working hours

• 6 days work week
• 8.5 working hours per day

Scope:

• Stock Management: in the store and in the warehouse; movements between stores; centralization of the merchandise
• Responsible for purchase order entry and updates.
• Keep track of and communicate status of upcoming POs.
• Input designated SKUs for markdown into appropriate merchandising system
• Produce an on-going set of weekly reports (e.g. On Order Report) as well as ad hoc business reports
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met, and resolve any issues in a timely manner by partnering with appropriate business partner(s).
• Having constant communication with stores and Sales Manager on their needs.
• Following up the consolidation among the stores also constantly working on clusters per category for each store
• Liaise between 3PL & store on all deliveries matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma witrh at least 4-5 years of relevant sales adminstrative/coordination experiences preferbly from FMCG industry
• Team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
