• Conduct device commissioning, preventive maintenance, applications integration, and resolve technical problems as and when required
• Involved in projects by provide technical expertise and creative problem solving
• Investigate product complaints and determine repair requirements until total corrective action is taken
• Establish and maintain excellent customer rapport
• Conduct device commissioning and troubleshooting work on medical devices
• Maintains proper record of support and service work conducted
• Project Management, monitor project progress and ensure all works are completed within time frame
• Supervise, guide and coordinate with Project Engineers on site

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering preferred
• Knowledge in IT Network and System preferred
• Enthusiastic team player who can also work independently
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused, positive work attitude and self-motivated
• Good sense of urgency
• Leadership ability
