Job Scope:

Daily document processing - Generate delivery orders and invoices accurately, ensuring timely documentation.

Accounts receivable - Generate monthly statement of accounts and routine accounts receivable duties.

Logistics coordination - consolidate and arrange daily deliveries with third-party logistics vendors, maintaining consistency and reliability of our delivery schedules.

Order processing - Process daily orders with precision, following established procedures.

Vistor and call management - Act as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and incoming phone calls, providing professional assistance and direction.

Document and inventory management - Maintain document filing system in line with company standards, and monitor office supplies to ensure stock availability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is required to support accounts receivable duties.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential (in particular Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel).
• Previous experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Able to work independently, following established processes with minimal supervision.

The role is based in a professional office within our industrial facility, providing a comfortable workspace that is separate from our production area.

JOB PURPOSE:

Overall responsibility for LEROY SOMER alternators service sales and promotion in South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand to meet bookings & service sales targets and to provide the full spectrum of support.

JOB DETAILS

The job holder should be responsible for the following:

• Sell service, whether spare parts, work on site, machine replacement, or workshop services at targeted customer segments.

• Establishing good relationship with end user and service partners to capture growth.

• He will make technical visits on site to quote service projects. He can rely on the application/technical support engineer to understand and analyze the situation of the machine at the customer’s site, propose our technical solution and articulate it in front of the customer.

• Development program with distributorship in the region.

• Prepare technical & commercial offers against client requirements (max. value 500,000US$ without manager review).

• Liaise with sales administration & finance teams to ensure effective & profitable sales.

• Coordination with manufacturing facilities to facilitate on-time delivery.

• Forecast budget & action plan.

• Keep CRM updated ( Saleforce ) on very regular basis.

• Prepare weekly & monthly report for visits, offers.

• Adhere to local and international trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices (reference LEROY SOMER Trade Compliance Procedure).

• Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.

Education and Qualification(s): Qualified to degree level in engineering / bachelor in electrical discipline

Experience: Relevant market & industry knowledge 5 years minimum

Language & level: Excellent English

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24 X 7 technical assistance via phone,
• Troubleshoot CPE issues, Mobile Broadband, Web/Mail Hosting/setup, co-location and other ISP related products and services
• Coordinate with other departments and handle internal escalations
• Attend to faults and escalate if necessary. Common faults are outages, server failure, router, switch etc.
• Manage monitoring systems (eg. bandwidth monitoring, link monitoring, DDOS notification etc)
• Provide after-hours technical assistance to Data Centre (eg. handle customer visits, reboot server, DDOS issues, etc)
• Coordinate with other departments for basic troubleshooting support
• Ensuring alert for major project is being follow up closely and ensure that relevant department is being updated of the progress
• Ability to adapt quickly to ever changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent with NOC experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a support/service environment with a keen interest in Internet Technology
• Preferably with CCNA certification or other network certifications
• Customer oriented, motivated and driven to explore new ways of doing things
• Team worker with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Able to work within constraints and meet service levels
• Willing to accept new challenges and responsibilities
• Highly motivated with initiative
• Willing to work on rotating shift, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
• Customer focused attitude with ability to explain technical information to non-technical people with compassion
