e2i’s Career Centre is one of the key national nodes where jobseekers seek new opportunities and work towards being employed and employable. We are currently building our operations and data management team. Specific to the role, as a Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Career Centre operations team, which runs the day-to-day activities and events of the Career Centre.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring that our data from various data sources are managed well, the collection process is streamlined and accurate.
• Analysing data and preparing the information in a reporting format for sharing with management to make decisions which will impact the lives of jobseekers who use our services.
• Have good understanding of the current employment landscape and the openness to find out more about current employability trends.
• You would need some experience dealing with clients as you would also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on career centre related queries.
• Able to work across teams to manage events/activities deployment and tracking of masterlist.
• Assisting in the cleaning and keying of data, and tracking of clients’ cases into case management system.
• Creating solutions for process improvement in the provision of career services.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them to their host
• Attend to incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner
• Take and deliver timely messages to intended recipients

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with GTO Retail & Channels T&O (GRCTO) teams to identify the pipeline of new initiatives and project notations2. Organize and track the pipeline, capturing data on readiness for approval and other relevant data3. Ensure there is an aligned pipeline view across GRCTO and GTO COO Office4. Maintain and update GRCTO projects approval data and dashboard5. Partner with GTO COO Office and Delivery Teams to organize and track in-flight projects6. Prepare the weekly Management dashboard for projects – Pipeline, In-Flight Projects and Projects Target Delivery view7. Prepare the agenda and partner GRCTO teams for content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence8. Organize the provision of the current pipeline decks for review by the GRCTO leadership9. Support the Pipeline education & training needs for the GRCTO teams10. Understand the Projects Data Reconciliation (timesheets, investment amounts etc), Project Quality & Process Adherence checks/reports, and prepare the action dashboard for GRCTO teams11. • Manage student enrollments (enquiries, assessments, registration) and exams
