Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders

· Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance

· Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards

· Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments

· Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement

· Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment

· Process shipping operation and courier service

· Handling of all billing and invoices

· Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent

· With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

· Proactive and positive working attitude

· Meticulous with good organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Roles and Responsibility

• Delivery and presentation of PlayFACTO lesson content to children
• Supervise primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre
• Ensure the safety of children in class
• Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress
• Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene of centre premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Head/Director

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline
• WSQ Student Care / Early Childhood certificate or equivalent will be a plus
• 2 years of teaching experience with children, preferably at the primary level
• Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
• Possess excellent work ethics and integrity and exhibit a positive attitude
• Possess a passion for nurturing children
• Experience in working with children is preferred. Those without experience may also apply and will be considered
• Singaporean or PRs only
