Currently they hiring Workshop Service Technician at their Marymount site.

Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Marymount

Job Scope:

· Repair, maintenance and servicing of high-tech precision products and components.

· Appraise, troubleshoot, repair vacuum mechanical and/or electronic products.

· Ensure proper documentation of service reports and other records.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Workshop Manager and/or line manager/leader.

· Hands-on workshop repairs and maintenance activities.

· Perform daily activities as required.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

· Relevant working experience with mechanical repair.

· Hands-on individual that enjoys stripping and rebuilding engineering products that are manufactured to the highest standard.

· Willing to learn new skill and new methodology.

· Able to work independently and in teams.

· Perform and deliver under pressure with tight deadlines when necessary.

· Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the support to customers, execution of Standard Operating Procedures related to ITIL Processes such as Incident Management, Event Management and Request Fulfillment

• At least 4 years of experience in telecommunications within a large-scale business environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical support or service desk environment.
• Experience with developing training programs and delivering training.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certificate and experience working with ServiceNow.
• Agile, Six Sigma or related certifications
• Having experience in the aviation sector is beneficial.

Additional info:

• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.
• 8am to 8pm (12hours, non-night shift)
