Job Descriptons :

• Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email and webchat.
• Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Guide callers in navigating the client website and using the available services.
• Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
• Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of call center environment
• Education background: Minimum O Level and above
• Multitask – Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call
• First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level.
• Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre / Service Desk agents are preferred.
• Fast paced environment (gauge the number of calls handle per day, if more than 50, then proceed to propose)

1. Job Description

• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries
• Ensure POS system is turned on and functioning properly
• Refill receipt paper if necessary
• Take count of any money in the register
• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors
• Position chairs neatly around tables
• Stock necessary areas with clean glassware and silverware
• Reference reservations list and be aware of any special requests or other notes regarding the upcoming service
• Properly set tables and maintain silverware
• Ensure restaurant is fully stocked with supplies such as cutlery, glasses and condiments
• Ensure floors are clean and well mopped
• Take out the trash if necessary to ensure restaurant is clean for next shift
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma, ITE, or a related field is often preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with strong customer orientation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Experience in Government IT projects is a plus.
