Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liase with various insuarnce company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• Prior Clinic Assistant / PSA Customer Service experience would be advantageous
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
