An exciting opportunity awaits as we seek an experienced and dynamic ICT executive to join our team on secondment to Ministry of Education (MOE) schools. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge educational technologies into the learning environment, fostering innovation, and ensuring that both educators and students are well-equipped to thrive in the digital age.
Responsibilities:
- Work with ICT and Aesthetic departments to prepare teaching materials and projects for the delivery of skill-based lessons.
- Support departments in the conduct of planned ICT lessons such as touch typing, Microsoft applications, Micro-bits, photo editing, 3D modelling, and animation.
- Conduct digital art lessons using Art Rage and iPad.
- Support Infocomm Club CCA teachers in training students in the areas of Digital Gaming, Photography, and Videography.
- Maintain the authority website (Isomer), intranet Google Sites, and create the e-Open House site.
- Prepare digital artwork for authority posters, signage, videos, and presentation slides.
- Provide support for ICT/AVA equipment setup for department programmes.
Qualifications, skills, and experience required:
- Minimum qualification – Diploma in Digital Media or related courses.
- Knowledge and use of Adobe Photoshop, web design, photography, video production, and editing. Candidates will be requested to provide examples of works related to digital media and video/photography.
- At least one year of work experience as an ICT trainer in digital media.
