Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum plans for primary and secondary school students, focusing on engaging, hands-on activities in technology education.
• Deliver dynamic lessons using both hardware and software to teach students to build, code, and create.
• Adapt instructional materials to fit various age groups, ensuring content is accessible and enjoyable for all learning levels.
• Engage students in a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on teaching methods, objectives, and tools.
• Market STEM programmes to schools and organisations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or with 5 years equivalent experience).
• Experience teaching or designing courses for young learners, particularly in technology, or coding.
• Competent in the use of STEM kits, such as Magicbit or Microbit.
• Competent in the use of programming software e.g. Scratch, Python
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Development and Delivery: Design and develop engaging training programs and activities tailored for children, youth, and adults.
2. Sales and Business Development: Conduct sales canvassing to identify potential clients and opportunities for training programs.
   Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Project Management:Coordinate and manage training projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
   Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
4. Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and training outcomes. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
