Adecco is partnering with a well-known Supply Chain and Logistics company.
This role reports to the L&D Manager and will play a crucial part in developing organisational and people capabilities
The Job
- Collaborate closely with training vendors, including WSG and e2i
- Develop learning programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote employee development.
- Execute various learning initiatives.
The Talent
- 2 years of proven experience in developing learning programs and initiatives, preferably in collaboration with training vendors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
