Job Responsibilities:
- Provide operational & logistical management/Support
- Be able to cover programmes whenever main instructor is not available
- Provide support to main programme instructor to provide training/supervision and guidance to PWIDs
- Provide support in gross and fine motor training for when required
- Provide support to the Centre Lead in grants application and project execution
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, functions, and sales-related activities .
- Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, equipment, materials, and inventory management.
- Manage and assist with online sales activities, including updating product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating deliveries.
- Provide support to onsite sales in retail or café outlets, including handling cash, inventory, and customer service.
Job Requirements:
- G.C.E 'N' Levels
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of special needs in the community
- Ability to assist instructors to roll out lesson plan and intervention plans for PWIDs
- Create good student development and classroom management plan
- Experience working with chronic conditions such as special Needs / Mental Illness is a plus
- Possess good problem solving skills to identity needs and create action plans
- Able to communicate with diverse groups; maintaining confidentiality; working as part of team and meeting deadlines and schedules
