We are looking for a resourceful and talented Training Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our commercial efforts as part of our next phase of growth in Singapore. This requires you to be a self-starter, successfully sell and up-sell our services and manage post-sales customer relationships.
- Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically.
- Provide pre-course advisory to prospective learners (including career advancement).
- Understand the learner’s aptitude and attitude for the class.
- Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Assure Safety Training courses.
- Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new courses, procedures, and services by attending training meetings.
- Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company, Assure Safety in a positive manner.
- Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
- Adhere Code of Conduct for Marketing Staffs.
- Ensure diligent follow up Sales to offer recurring courses.
- Ensure follow up with clients not complying with payment terms.
