The prospective candidate is someone who is able to perform the full spectrum of training and development function and able to support the training needs of the company. This role would require a proactive and dexterous individual who is able to effectively communicate and provide key training to ensure ground staff are able to perform up to the company's expectations.
Objectives of this Role
- Primary point of contact to coordinate all training, learning and development initiatives and efforts for staff.
- Understand all SOPs of the company and able to effectively conduct the relevant training to staff while ensuring work are performed in alignment to SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager in identify training needs so as to conduct and establish training needs analysis.
- Responsible to be at outlet to facilitate training for staff at their different stations.
- Responsible to design and develop training programmes, thereby effectively managing and execution of the training programme but not limited to.
- Maintain and ensure training records are up to date, prepare training report for identifying training gaps.
- To plan, develop and support smooth onboarding training and learning processes for new join at work.
- Able to follow through on training and development records for staff career progression.
- Filing and keeping history on all training records for all staff.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources / learning & development with hands-on experience
- ACTA certification and any other training certifications will be added advantage
- Prior Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage
- Good team player with positive work attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
- Willingness and attitude towards work matters (Able to be stationed at outlets at times for training staff)
- Able to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
