Job Summary:
The Educational Course Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational courses to individuals and businesses. The role will require the individual to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the education industry. The Educational Course Consultant will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our courses.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor's degree in Business is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within an education context.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin with the ability to handle English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and other office tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform outdoor sales activities at least twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to prospective and current adult learners, helping them to choose the most suitable courses based on their educational goals and career aspirations.
- Promote and sell educational courses to individuals and businesses, leveraging your understanding of our offerings to match client needs with optimal solutions.
- Provide exceptional before and after-sales customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional courses or services to existing clients where appropriate, enhancing their learning experience and contributing to the school's revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including businesses, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our courses.
- Generate leads through outdoor activities and other innovative approaches, converting these leads into sales for the school's educational courses.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff to resolve any issues related to the educational courses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions, ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, course developments, and competitor activities.
