Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll spearhead the operation excellence and leverage digital solutions to optimize key processes as the lead for Singapore within our HR function as sole contributor.
You will play an integral role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by integrating competencies development, performance management, and learning interventions.
Job Description
Learning & Development
- Develop and oversee the execution of L&D plan, roadmap & budget.
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
- Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
- Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
- Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses
- Develop and manage a calendar of activities to ensure that the programmes/initiatives relating to learning are rolled out in a timely manner.
- Source and propose training vendors to conduct in-house programs that are aligned to learning needs.
- Provide expertise in Skills, Knowledge Management, and Learning Service Solutions.
- Liaise with training providers to ensure that courses and workshops are well planned and organized.
- Provide coordination, logistics and administration support in ensuring training matters are well executed.
- Forecast, manage and track training budget and expenditure including cost savings and government subsidies.
- Collate and analyse training evaluation, evaluate and audit the effectiveness / quality of training programmes and provide recommend solutions / improvements.
- To be involved in CSR/ESG events
- Attend to and provide advice for all L&D related enquires.
- Assist in other HR functions as assigned.
Talent Management
- Collaborate with managers and HR Team to identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional growth, including recommending relevant learning opportunities and resources.
- Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes aligned with Centurion policies.
- Manage talent reviews, movements, progression and succession planning processes to support HIPO growth to improve talent development and retention.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in delivery with mid to large size organizations, training and development with evident track record of achievements in training management, planning, monthly reporting, organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops.
- Familiar with training analytics and budgeting.
- Have a good understanding of government training grants and subsidies.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively with outstanding attention to details.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Possess strong analytical and planning skill to manage and execute company-wide events/program.
- Ability to thrive and meet timelines in a fast-paced and dynamic result-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
