Job Description
Provide administrative support for training related matters as follows:
- Liaise with clients on training schedule for their employees.
- Arrange training facilitators based on clients' requirements and formalize training schedule.
- Ensure logistics and administrative arrangement are well planned and in place prior to the start of training.
- Collate and analyze feedback received from participants.
- Submit feedback report within the timeline and follow-up on feedback, where applicable.
- Collate reports from Trainers
- Administer procurement and process invoices promptly.
- Maintain records and efficient monitoring of all training sessions.
- Any other training or administrative related matters which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Singaporean
- A team player with ability to deliver work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
- A quick learner, able to work independently.
- Good with Excel.
- Experience in preferred but OJT is provided as each staff function differently based on the customer(s) requirement and processes.
Work Location
Depot Road (5 days work week)
Salary Budget
$2.2 to $2.5K
