Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team to play a pivotal role in creating a sustainable and thriving ecosystem that brings real value to patients and stakeholders alike. You will play a key role in expanding our reach, driving brand awareness, and shaping the future of cancer care through effective communication and innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific, Research & Trials Correspondence
- Collaborate & Create: Work closely with clinicians, scientists, and researchers to develop high-quality scientific content.
- Translate & Communicate: Simplify complex research findings into clear, accessible formats for diverse audiences.
- Publish & Present: Manage content for scientific publications, presentations, and communications.
Corporate Services Management
- Lead & Implement: Guide the Corporate Services Team in executing effective marketing and communication plans.
- Research & Analyze: Conduct market research to inform and refine strategies.
- Campaign & Advocate: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, webinars, videos, and social media.
- Manage & Measure: Oversee Scientific, Research & Trials campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are analyzed.
- Streamline Processes: Develop efficient processes for handling marketing requests and ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in a scientific or medical field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in research or clinical settings with strong medical writing and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and publication standards, and ability to interpret and present complex scientific data clearly.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Proficiency: IT savvy, with a good understanding of digital platforms and the digital economy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with strong critical thinking abilities.
