Job Responsibilities:
- Promote through Telemarketing efforts for SkillsFuture workshops in Culinary, Marketing, Media and Arts.
- Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with the existing pool of leads to nurture and potentially convert them into learners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the sales manager and other team members.
- Provide great learner experience and journey for participants.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma, preferably possess at least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Willing to travel to different parts of the island for roadshow
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and articulate the value proposition of our training programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
