Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute administrative processes for training to fulfill client requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze and enhance workflows for greater efficiency.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, working with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead and manage a team of 15 training administrative staff.
- Oversee the daily administration of all training operations from start to finish.
- Compile and present monthly performance reports to management.
- Chair and lead discussions during monthly management meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in customer service management, training/operations management, service planning, and process improvement with a focus on data analysis.
- Proven leadership capabilities to inspire and guide the team to ensure high performance and staff loyalty, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to excel in their roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clear direction to the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage high-level escalations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data from multiple sources, identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
- Solid understanding of governance, performance management, project management, and experience overseeing smooth transitions from previous service providers.
