Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
· Provide administrative support to the teachers
· Administrative duties will generally include
1. Preparation and verification of documents
2. Maintaining and updating of detention records and data
3. Compilation of statistics
4. Filing and typing
5. Supervising and monitoring of detention classes and monitoring of students on in-house suspension
6. Any other duties assigned by Head of Department (HOD) / Subject Head (SH) / Admin Managers (AM)
· Provide support to Operations Manager (OM) and AMs during school holidays
· Support to OM and AM include
o Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls
