Scope of Services
The scope of services are set out as follow:
- Conduct ICT lessons, including coding for P1 to P6 pupils.
- Assist in training students for the Multimedia club on coding and related competitions.
- Work with teachers on content and resource creation for ICT integration and other IT related design for all school events.
- Supervise or conduct afternoon activities that are ICT related / Maker’s activities such as coding, 3D printer etc.
- Assist in school functions (i.e., in computer-related presentations, hall sound and projection systems, filming or photography).
- Develop overall layout and production designs for banners, cover designs, newsletter, etc for classroom activities and school events using ICT software
- The successful candidate must sign an Undertaking to safeguard Official Information.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications,
skills and experience
Qualification
- Shall have at least a Higher Nitec certification in ICT/ Design & Media or equivalent Skills
Experience
- Shall have at least 3 years of experience in teaching IT lessons in a school.
- Shall have at least 1 year of experience in teaching coding / robotics to students
Skills
- Shall be proficient in Adobe Software, Photography, and Videography.
