Responsibilities:
Develop and execute teaching and research plans to ensure the enhancement and continuous improvement of teaching quality.
Design and oversee the development of teaching courses and resources to meet students' learning needs and development goals.
Manage and train the teaching team to ensure they possess necessary professional knowledge and teaching skills.
Supervise teaching effectiveness assessment and feedback mechanisms, and adjust teaching plans and methods in a timely manner.
Actively participate in educational research and teaching reform to promote continuous improvement of the school's teaching standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
Three or more years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with teaching management experience.
Familiarity with educational theories and methods, with preference given to candidates with experience in educational research or teaching reform.
Working Hours:
Monday: Off
Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
