- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize product costs and maintain profitability.

Training Programs:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires on company treatment steps, SOPs, grooming standards, and professional conduct. Work closely with outlet managers and the sales director to coordinate training schedules, ensuring new hires seamlessly transition into their roles.

Documentation:
